Individuals and families are served through our four neighborhood community centers:

Norvell Simpson Center (NSC) offers the Transition to Independence Program (TIP) and the Save Up to Step Out IDA Program.  In case of Inclement Weather NSC will follow the District 11 schools.

Walt Fortman Center (WFC) provides the Fountain Valley with both emergency and self-sufficiency services.  In case of Inclement Weather WFC will follow the District 8 schools.

Billie Spielman Center (BSC) provides emergency and stabilization services to Colorado Springs and the Ute Pass community.  In case of Inclement Weather BSC will follow the District 11 schools.

Eastern El Paso Center (EEC) provides emergency and self-sufficiency services to the Eastern El Paso County area. In case of Inclement Weather EEC will follow the District RJ-1 schools.

From these diverse locations PPCAA provides clients better access to needed support services and enhances local community outreach.

Agency goals are derived from our vision that PPCAA will be a leader and an advocate for the low-income community, building relationships and offering comprehensive services and programs to reduce the effects of poverty throughout the Pikes Peak region. One household at a time, our programs provide critical resources to eliminate the effects of poverty that wear away at the individual, the family, and the community as a whole.
