ASSETS FOR INDEPENDENCE

Let us help you buy your first home, start or expand your small business, or complete your post-secondary education.

Assets: Home Purchase, Business, Post-Secondary Education  

  • Time Period – 6 months up to 3 years.
  • Save Funds
  • Participants can deposit $25.00 to $100.00 per month
  • PPCAA sends checks for purchases directly to venders or institutions

Requirements:

      ● $50.00 non-refundable application / enrollment fee

      ● Attend a mandatory orientation (Offered 2nd Thursday of every month, 1-2PM, except December)

      ● Meet income guidelines (at or below 200% of the federal poverty level)

      ● Have an earned income

      ● Attend asset specific training:

          Homebuyers’ workshop

          Business class

          Meet with a financial aid guidance counselor

      ● Open a savings account at Ent Federal Credit Union (under PPCAA)
